Modernization Initiative

Modernizing educational spaces requires more than new equipment. It requires a compelling case for investment, careful resource development, disciplined procurement, and full-cycle project execution.

End to endNeed identification through financial closeout

I identified aging facilities and instructional technology needs, presented proposals for improvement, pursued funding, and worked through the appropriate institutional channels to move projects forward.

I then engaged vendors, obtained and managed quotes and bids, handled contracts, coordinated installation and implementation, and maintained oversight of budgets and finances through project completion.

“The goal was not simply to replace what was old. It was to create learning and performance environments that better serve students, faculty, performers, and audiences.”
